Just as the Magi journeyed to see the Christ child, we invite you to walk through the story of Jesus’ birth in a self-guided pilgrimage at St. John Gualbert Diocesan Shrine, 83 Gualbert Ave., Cheektowaga. Pamphlets will guide you to encounter relics of the manger, the Blessed Virgin Mary, St. Joseph, St. John the Baptist, St. Nicholas, St. Francis of Assisi, St. Wenceslaus, and other saints who foretold, witnessed, or celebrated the Nativity. The shrine will be open Saturdays and Sundays from December 20 to January 4.
